| I am looking for clip art images of electronics assembly. Images like wave soldering, surface mount components, soldering irons... just general assembly graphics. Many sites have different individual images that they use I was just wondering if a

We have been evaluating different solder irons and have narrowed it down to Weller and JBC. Does any one have JBC units and comments about them? This was the first time I have ever heard of JBC solder equipment

I like my JBC. I don't like the price of the tips, especially when you need 2 for the tweezers. The tips last a long time though. At one point JBC had a problem with the tweezer tips dieing early, but they appear to have fixed that problem. I also h

I would recommend you take a look at JBC if you are looking for a "good" soldering iron to work with lead free solder. Find the attached comparative graphs and before anybody asks. Yes, I am affiliated with JBC.

JBC is a great station (no doubt) - I've had the opportunity to use both. I suppose it depends on who is flipping the bill. Performance wise, the QUICK TS Series is nearly identical to the JBC Station and consumables are a fraction of the cost. Ch

JBC is offering "Lead free" tips now. They have this on the web site: "JBC recently released a new series of tips featuring a thicker iron bath that we find more resistent to aggressive additives and flux as found in lead free alloy." We have not d

We have used JBC soldering stations many years without any major problems. Handpiece is lightweight and comfortable to use. Tips are bit expensive but worth of money. Go Nano for 0402 and smaller and HD for massive part soldering. JBC CD-2BB Solderi
