I have a need to dispense a latex masking material using an automated dispensing system. We are presently looking at the I&J750. Does anyone have any experience with this piece of equipment, or have a better solution available?

Has anybody successfully used an automated dispensing system to put solder paste dots on .5 mm pitch pads?? I need to replace some Meritec tsop sockets and I don't want to use the single site stencils for .5 mm parts.

Quick question for you Netters out there: Anyone out there dispense solder paste (via automated dispenser) for 0402, 0201 and/or uBGA's? If so, success yields, equipment used, and any technical info would be appreciated. This is for a low volume app

How thick are their requirements? A barrier can be made using peelable latex. That would then require manual or automatic dispense of latex to create a dam. Then you should be able to use an automated dispense system with a large orifice and flood
