I would also encourage you to talk to some brokers. If you just need something to cut them off the tape, I have a pile of that stuff (no-I am not a broker)and so does everyone. But if you need to kink leads, it will be expensive and in most cases the

Make sure you have DC ok light on, on the EMI/PS card slot one. If not check your DC voltages at the card...5,15+,15-,12 v dc. if your voltages are not there then the machine will not run.
