Wondering if anyone will have an idea on what we are experiencing with our Panasonic. When the machine goes to change nozzles,it errors out saying "Nozzle exist error(Rack) occurred,(R side)" There is nothing in the nozzle bank, actually replaced ban

I think it might be the feeder banks, that is causing the problem. I've tried picking a SOT-23 component using head 2 spindles 1-4 from a rear feeder bank and it is picking off centre. Doing exactly the same, but putting the feeder in a front bank it

Need help on how to fix or temporary fix to bypass the "Rear feeder bank in lower position" error for the Juki 2080 machine. Even replace with different feeder bank won't fix. Any suggestions?

BTW GEB; When you put the feeder in the front bank did you pick the comps with Head #2 and from the feeder bank just opposite from the rear non working feeder bank? Did you make your feeder banks fixed or is it already that? It just hits me, if you

Try to check if there any foreign objects drop on the tool bank first. Even a tiny passive part could prevent the proper function of "open" and "close" of the tool bank. That's something to check too but always overlooked.

It has been some time since I programmed a mirtec machine, but I think the technique would be to break the component into different banks of leads with unique locations. U25_Top, U25_Right, U25_LEft, etc... Use the centroid location to check presence
