It turned out to be the battery in the CP-1 PLC. Replaced the battery and we are back up and running.

Most likely battery back up card, might be 1931, 1932,ect. It thinks there is a power failure

All is OK now. The machine was offline couple months and probably some memory battery is dead. All problems were solved after uploading prop data to IP and MTU.

First off, Fuji machines aren't that simple i.e. changing the CPU could actually make matters worse. There are jumpers, DIP Switches and related data to consider before doing something like swapping cards. Swapping is a shotgun approach but sometimes
