This is a theta axis head 2 error. Manually spin the head and make sure the bearings are loose and spinning. If not, they may need lubricated or serviced. You can also swap theta amps between the heads to see if you have an amplifier problem. Good L

A UP2000 is a great choice. I'd avoid the AP family from MPM. It's not that they're bad, per se, but the air bearings make it fiddly, maintenance intensive and a giant air hog, and you don't need the speed.

Hello New to forum, I have a mpm ultra print 1500 can not find a lube coupler for the Z axis slide bearings. Does anyone know what it is and where could I find one. A standard grease coupling does not fit. Thanks Dale

no problem at all, just the servo motors and ball bearings they have cost more than what I ask for the complete machine :)

1. Secure all linear bearings to not move during the transport 2. Wrap the machine completely with stretch folio to protect from dust and moisture 3. Attach shock sensor to it so when it arrive you can see if it was subject to harsh transport
