Yep, fortunately we have a very good supplier in China for nozzles and feeders, otherwise it wouldn't bear thinking about. Not seen anyone selling Essemtec feeders & nozzles in China, but I'll ask the Question tomorrow.

OK guys i finally traced the error it was the R-Axis motor rolling bearing. It broke so the motor could not start.

Ours are all DLS-340 from Fancort. They don't appear on their website. Your description was accurate. 2 adjustable bearings with a spacer in the middle. Maybe a phone call to fancort might unearth something.
