The best solder paste height with screen priting on 6mil stencil

Electronics Forum | Thu Sep 08 01:58:08 EDT 2005 | darby

0. Any less and you are scooping the paste from the aperture with the squeegee blades. I'm not saying that either of these situations is a good or a bad thing, it's just that if you buy a 6 mil stencil, you are trying to achieve 6 mil paste height.

Screen Printing using metal blades

Electronics Forum | Fri Nov 12 11:07:08 EST 2004 | valuems

Hello Terry We have found that the best angle for metal blades is 37 to 45 degrees. Metal blades won't enter the stencil opening, rubber does. Metal blades are with out question the best way to print. If you go over 45 degress the blades will leav

SQUEEGEE ANGLE

WHAT IS THE BEST ANGLE FOR THE SQUEEGEE BLADE TO BE ANGLED AT? WE ARE USING 45 DEGREE ON OUR POLYURETHANE BLADES, AND I BELIVE WE HAVE THE OPTION OF EITHER 45 OR 60 DEGREES ON OUR METAL BLADES. WHICH OF THE TWO IS BETTER, OR SHOULD WE BE USING ANOT

60 Deg or 45 Deg Blades

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) failure root cause analysis

They are using the method where scored boards are separated using a rotating wheel / blade. I realize this is not the best process, however these capacitors are more than 10 mm from the edge of the board. From some reading online I think that means
