If you are gang picking from 6 reels in a row for the same part, so the head goes down twice for 12 components, which is easily done on the boards you have previously described, you should see 18K+ per hour with decent panelisation. On an LED panel

For typical small sized circle LED panels, you can simply have a PCB routed to said circle... but when lighting fixtures are sizes 2-3 feet+, and a circular, typically how are the LEDs being spread across the radius? I can see flex LED strips being

I did optimize. All it did was change the order or the resistors it picked up and placed, and changed the order of the LED's that it picked up and placed. Still only four parts at a time.

Hello Joe, PCB size 6" *6" is larger board. Resistors and LEDs are easy to do assembly. I think you can ask Beijing Glichn, from PCB stencil printer, SMT reflow oven and LED pick and place machine, they can give some suggestion. The investment is de

Try the method I mentioned earlier, it greatly improves most of the picked-but-drops issues. We never need to use any custom make nozzles, even for the trapezoid dome shaped LED we were having the issue with. Use smaller round diameter nozzle would

OK, did some more testing this afternoon. First, I moved the LED’s from feeder location #23 to Feeder location 30. This is three down from the other component(#33) it is picking, so it should be able to hit them both at the same time for two of the
