Can someone tell me what is the best way to clean miss printed PCB? We do not have a board washer and would like to know what are the best wipes to use.

Best is 7 or 6.5D if you cant achieve 7. In fact this is the best angle for Leaded and Lead Free, so watch the Chinese machines as they come in around 5 and cause loads of bridging problems

Orian, SMT = surface mount technology. The best you can do is to find a book and read it several times. May be Davef is gonna give you the best chapters. Emil

Also check with the Valor guys they support Mydata from simple outputs to full optimisation/part generation etc. But if your budget limited then maybe not best fit...but best to chat to them and see if can squeeze abit !!!

We used to use spray machines. We now have a PMR ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic is the best in my opinion.

I have work with Vi-Tech and Orbotech. It's pricy, but if you want the best, then you have to pay the price.

VIT 5K is the best. zero falls calls and effective for pre reflow process. Programming is very easy ( VI pro, edge, blob etc ) 4cm per fov.
