one of the guys was baking a 672BGA . he mistakenly left the oven on over night so instead of baking for 12 hours at 125 degrees C, they got baked for 24 hours. Is there any detrimental impact on the BGAs or are they just well baked???

We have some components on a reel that are 2.3 mm in thickness and need to be baked out. The reel has a warning not to exceed 50�C. According to J-STD-33, the proper bake out is 67 days @ 40�C.

Morning all, we have been seeing some problems with the edges of some of our BGA's curling away from the PCB after reflow. Is this possibly a moisture problem? If so what would be a good time/temp to bake them at to rectify the problem? Thanks in
