we are surprised to find that ten BGA chips are excursion one line on the board,together the IP3 placed 600 BGA ,it really confused me.anyone have any suggestion for the reason? the BGA IS 20*20-16*16,pitch is 1.27.

the case is that FUJI IP3 failed to place BGA ,when it is processing the BGA vision ,often occours the alert message. Our oprating system is MCS30,the software version is v1.3. anyone encounter the same problem? it is be appciatiate that feedback any

What is the error your getting,I have used the ip3 to place Bga'a before and had no difficulty i was also using the MCS30.

We have never been able to get our IP3 to place BGA's consistently. We installed new bulbs,ran glass plate calibration,played with scan speeds, scan area etc. etc.... I would not recommend this machine for BGA's

This may not be the answer you were looking for, but I have worked for serveral leading technology companies and we used vision (type 10)on IP3, and QP3 machine and never had a problem with placement issues.
