There is a oven setup wizard on my 1809. your oven probably has one too. there you should be able to adjust blower speed for each zone.

Blower speed control is an option. If you have it, there will be an icon on the toolbar. Hover the mouse over the buttons for description.

We had this happen in a Heller 1808 oven when we placed Tant-A caps in glue (bottom side / no paste). We had our oven retrofitted to control the zone blower speeds. No more problem.

Ramp or Soak give us same Deta T (from 35 to 40).All probes are tested o.k.Should we pump in more heat upfront in order to warm up heavy loaded ICs like PLCC64 or Change blower speed? or Slow down line?

Try lowering your blower speeds on the bottom zones. Works as well and lowering temps but easier to control than balancing your delta T from zone to zone.
