If your boards are not totally rectangular part of the board can stick out past the stopper. If the fiducial is there then you can't use it. Also make sure you are not using panel fiducial co-ordinates and then expanding those out with panelization

You would be better off setting a new fiducial using a pad or other feature that would serve that purpose. If the board has not etched correctly, it is better to bad mark it and not use that board on a panel. Safer in the long run as it may have othe

A soft limit error is an error due to trying to drive the head outside it's mechanical limits. Check your X-axis program data for this part.

When you teach the "teach boardstop Y" make sure the camera is seeing the leading edge of the board and not too close to the rails. It should calculate the pre-stop position correctly. I assume you have thoroughly checked the sensor. Also check th
