Thank you Thomas , I found this adjustment2 .But i don't have adjustment1 and adjustment3.And i don't understand this term of IPS. Thanks Thomas for help me to do the 3 types of adjustment.

Hello Michał, thanks for the suggestions. 1. We keep the glass on top of the camera unit clean but I also today shone a torch in through the slot, where there is a mirror for the line scan camera. It did look somewhat dusty on the YG100 but no worse

Here are some of my idea: It may be a problem with the component itself, whether it is reflective, whether the angle of the light source is correct, and whether there may be a problem with the feeding that causes an error in the pick-up position.

I found in my MG-1 that the black level is calibrated - "Moving Camera adjustment utility" (CalibSm-Moving Camera) - since it is the same on both cameras, I would look for the problem there.

Thanks vasu. The YG series machines doesn't use trimpots but rather make the adjustments in software. I have ordered the lighting calibration tool so hopefully that will help.
