CHECK IO BOARDS STATUS, CHECK HEAD IO 24VDC SUPPLY, CHECK 24VDC SUPPLY TERMINAL, CHECK WIRING CONNECTED TO HEAD IO I think this is an I/O communication problem. Fail in connecting to I/O cards.

I have an Conceptronics HVA102 that is displaying all "0s" in all zones. I tried a new mobo and power supply and it worked for a short time. However, after restart, the problem came back. I also tried reseating and cleaning all connectors and cards.

Please go to output from I/O option and press on/off option in the main conveyor. While on condition motor should on when off motor should stop.If this will not happen then need to change I/o card.

Mark, There is a way to read the I/O but without the electrical diagrams I cannot help you with that. When you press the interlock button does it go out? Jerry

Try Re-seating the card that connects the ISA slot from the computer mother board to the I/O Dpram card. It may be worth checking the ISA card for bad solder joints. The computer mother board could be going bad. Check for vented electrolytic caps. Ho
