Reach out to me Don, I build this type of tooling on a daily basis. these are known as Pallet carrier trays, custom Matrix trays, etc, etc... Very common in this day & age. ETM SOLDER PALLET DUDE.

As I told you, some carriers (trays) are limited to 75 degree maximum, and from time to time employees do not pay attention to this. This is one of the reasons. The second reason is that 90 degree still be problematic in a case of rebake more then 3

We have a LasorPro 5530L with Matrix MX 40 tray carrier..Its a good machine..But our main concern is we have never run true 0402 components on it...Any help will be appreciated in the getting it there...

You can also do what I was doing before we found the one at Nix. We simply used double-sided tape and taped the carrier tape down on to the floors of the tray tower. Can't get much more 'simpler' than that!!!
