Not as such. Choices are: 1 Cut and epoxy some board foil from your board fabricator. 2 Sacrifice part a pad repair kits from the likes of: * Engineering Lab 905-785-1982 * Circuit Technology Center 978-374-5000 * General assembly suppliers catalog

Hi LC, Where are you getting your profile from? Are you actually attaching t-couples to the board? For BGAs the best place to measure is from the center of the device. This means drilling a hole in the board and placing the t-couple thru the hole

Layer 2 is the ground plane layer of a 4 layer board. After installing a 2.5 mm DC power jack and 0.1 center SIP header by hand, the ground pin disconnects and causes an open. My board supplier said they passed Electrical Test. Prepreg was within

* Attaching thermocouple to CSP or BGA is a challenging task. Usually a hole is drilled at the center and the thermocouple is routed through the bottom of the board and to the area of interest. In particular, since the CSP stand off is very small, a

Actually thinking of LX14, but for now I need to solve this problem. We have replaced centering jaws, the steel belts for regular maintenance. I don't think there is anything binding. The strangest thing is every time it shuts down it is right at the

Never did a DOE on that, but I think it would be quite difficult to warp a board inside the oven if it was flat when it entered the machine. If there's no center-board support then it's another story, then the board will bend due to it's own weight.

Probably to late for ya, but: -Center support -mesh belt and conveyor (have the mesh is nice for 1st side runs to keep the board flat. -N2 capable, in case you need it -on board profiling -smema if needed -board drop detect (sensor at input and exit)

Check the areas that are getting solder on the top side. If you have internal ground planes, and the ground plane pth's are not getting solder on top, and signal pth's are, it's a heat problem. If the ground planes are in the middle of the board yo

How well should the fiducial be centered in the teach mode? Consider that you see the fiducial with probably 40 times magnification on the monitor. If you see the cross-hair a bit off center, then this is most likely just by a few hundreds of a milli
