the calibration error sounds like it is an electrical verifier issue. Are you testing parts before you place them? It could be that your centering electrodes are worn or dirty, or it could be the ribbon cables from the centering unit. If you are usin

We have tpsys 1.5.18 on our TP9-UFP. We are attempting to run "Optical Centering Calibration". Following the instructions in the manual, we have centered the cross hairs on the camera frame, loaded a "base" board then the L-19-447 calibration boar

Are you able to turn off mechanical centering? Or can you adjust the settings?

The only reason you would need to run this calibration is if the camera was replaced or the centering camera got whacked which is highly unlikely. If your placements are off, put an offset in the parameter file.
