Your MPM memory evidently full.When you save file sure that is saved correctly .Always save file during printer work .

Is it only this 1 job? Is the error "board model not found"? I have had instances where I taught the Fids. and it still didn't like them in production. Is the board fid. in the center of the screen when you try to run the job?

You should be fine with this if it is a plastic body, If it's ceramic or some other kind of heavy package you will probably want to check. We process PBGAs up to 35x35 with no glue on many occasions.

As Dave states: Don't let any people in the room Don't unpack or pack anything in the room Don't let any material enter the room This should keep the room clean.

Don't forget about the exhaust. To keep the room at a positive pressure you must add more air than the exhaust from ovens and waves removes.

Good point. I am thinking of adding a small "mudroom" before you enter the main assembly room. There the workers can put heel straps on, smocks, hang coats, things like that.
