I agree with the first response. We use Bartector which allows us to track each feeder per machine advance. This is the only true way to see how much a feeder is being used instead of putting it on a timed maintenance plan.

The all in one jig is like 18K, and it only does CP6 and newer. We use the older Fuji jig that has a microscope on it. It works pretty good.

That is what I was hoping to hear. I found one of that sort of design and I am looking into it now. No beels or whistles, just a couple of heavy duty brackets, some calipers, and a microscope. 7K seems like a good price for me.

7k is too much man. We paid 5K for our Fuji jig. It came with all of the master tapes and master guages.

In regards to the Torque tester from Fuji that tests the peel back force, you can buy that directly from Fuji for $250.

Which feeder jig did you purchase? I could not get any other type of feeder jig from Fuji. I had talked to them about a more stripped down version, but they said they discontinued it a while back.

Whe have the Mirtec about 2 years now, the question is, that when you have 100 components to check he give's 20 to 30 failures that no failures are. are there people they have the same problem?

Roger, We had seen that on the Mirtec system when we were looking at it also. The systems we ended up with proved to be much more simple to program and operate.

Is it possible in the Mirtec programm, when you have programmed 5 prints that you can after the programming that it check from the left to the right or other?
