Double pass printing for solder paste is not needed and will cause defects. Redesign your stencil thickness or aperture sizes, change your paste mesh size or type, go to 45 degree blades.

Hi, The machine is a Universal GSM1 flexhead. Is it possible to just change the lens of a 2.6mil camera for a 1mil or 0.5mil lens. Or do I have to buy a complete camera assembly to do this? Thanks, Grant

As a minimum, we clean the printer setup every shift change. Probably the best advice on this is from your paste supplier.

Your warpage problem could be caused by change in: * Multilayer board construction (not homogeneous or unbalanced - too resin rich or poor) * Supplier process capabilities (lamination cycles) * Material selections (usually cheap and dirty), etc.

Qsoft will accept a negative theta on import and change it to a positive theta. For example cad data with a -90 theta will appear as 270 theta after import.
