Try trimming the leads to no more than 0.020" instead of 0.040" (1mm). The extra labor on the front end may save on the back end especially if almost all your boards have bridges in this area.

All that Phil mentioned plus few tips: 1. Start with the reflow oven. Level the oven and fix it. Then you can go from there to the front end or back end of the line. 2. If you are not sure about all this, hire someone who is. I personally like to d
