Hey, We have introduced a Cleaning Pen from Chemtronics. It removes excess flux after touch up.. This way the operator doesn't have to go everytime to the cleaning room.. Indy

For dots this size I have applied a thin coat of Chemtronics CM8, let set 10 mins then waved. The preheaters finished the cure before the board reached the wave. You just have to drill into the heads of who applies the mask that thinner is better!

A customer of mine is using Chemtronics (Circuit Works) CW3300 Overcoat pen. This is an acrylic conformal coating. It cures at Room temperature. They need something similar that can be UV cured in a pen form. Any suggestions?

While we're unfamiliar with Swisstone, we accept: * Techspray Solder-Wik * Chemtronics Soder-Wick * NTE Solder Wick All of these [and Swisstone] look basically the same. We wonder if maybe they're all made by the same source and branded differently

Probably the three biggest players for screenable, water soluble temporary soldermasks are Techspray, Chemtronics and Kester/Techform. What do they say?

Try a simple solder mask. I use Chemtronics. A bottle is only arond $20 and is as easy to apply as it is to remove. A cheap, quick fix.
