Does anyone have a recommendation for a cleaning solution used in an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning RMA solder paste off stencils and adhesive off pcb boards. I am going to be evaluating Armakleen 2001, Zestron Vigon SC 200, and Aqueous Technologies

Your selections are good, assuming you are talking about cleaning raw paste, rather than reflowed RMA. Maybe add Multicore Prozone, JNJ Aquasonic, and Kyzen Aquanox.

Can you tell me a little bit about the Zestron product. How many stencils do you clean and much Zestron do you use per month? What is the cost? Do you mix it with water? If so, what temperature? How do you get rid of the waste? Thanks. Kerry
