Could be a partially clogged nozzle. Try disassembling the nozzle and thoroughly cleaning it. If that doesn't fix it, see if there are any blockages in your plumbing. If you can't find any blockages, it could be your pressure sensor.

We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.

Have you thought about stencils for glue? We stencil all glue boards quite succesfully. No CAD no clogged nozzles, much faster speed aperture designs are fun to work with. Just a thought for an alternative. All the companies mentioned also will advis

We hare having an issue with our chip shooters misplacing or not placing parts all together. We have traced it back to our adhesive machine. We are using both single and double dot nozzles. I feel that the biggest problem is excessive amounts of g
