Check the drive belt first for missing tooth or bad tension. If thats ok you might need to change the clutches, they need to be changed every second year or soo. If they are worn out the wire driving the spindle might slip causing this problem. This

It could be related but it is kinda hard to tell from just this info. A lot of times if a clutch gets misaligned so bad that the machine has no idea where it is the machine will stop and turn the clutch several times trying to find its home point. It

Ya probably most used equipment guys do skip that step on the machines they sell as "production ready" As for us, our machines need to actually build boards without going down on the errors that dirty clutches create....you silly man.

Station 17 and 19 errors are almost always caused by dirty clutches or bad sensor dogs. My guess would be bad sensor dogs in this case if it only does it on certain jobs. The reason it happens on those jobs is because there are nozzles being indexed

I have changed the FRQ Amplifier with the FQ amp that has the same parameters and the error persist, the Zero Setting Sensor and the Clutch Origin sensor are working too. Any other posibility?
