Hey, thanks for the response, i tried looking at the POS file and there were no errors or special characters. the machine has a feeder set check error. do we have to assign the part with feeder on the cm602?

The problem I'm facing is an error indicating that the parts name is incorrect. (and gives the feeder address details) Could you please provide guidance on how we can rectify this issue?

I know this isn't a choice from what I'm reading, but we use to kill LED boards with an old Panasonic MSR. Our newer CM-602 and NPM could not beat the speed when you're talking about a max of 3 different part numbers; depending on binning. My .02 .

Quick note on Hover Davis, I am not impressed with their Fuji IP feeders at all. They short out and blow IC's up in the MFU's They sell their own feeder set up stand to tell whether or not you have a shorted feeder. What the hell is up with that ?

Is a Juki feeder a stand alone unit or does it need to communicate with the assembler ? I can operate a Quad feeder just by hooking it up to a proper voltage source. No need to communicate with a computer. If the Juki's will operate this way maybe I
