Daxman, Make sure the clutches engage the nozzle holders properly. Sometimes the holders do not slip into the recess of new clutches as easily as they should. Jerry

I found a bad solenoid and replaced it solenoid 15 on station 11. The machine is still erroring out. I also checked the holders and sensors and they seem to be ok. This error occurs when ever the machine tries to change nozzle sizes on any holder. T

Thanks for everyones help. I have resolved this by filling all but one of the nozzle holders in nozzle changer banks.

Take the nozzles out and let the indicator tip touch the metal face the nozzle pushes up into. This will tell you whether the variation is in the shaft or the nozzles. Also while your indicator is touching the holder, manually grab the shaft assy a

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.
