Is this machine have a manual direct tray? what is the possible problem of head error?

Yes sir we're using tray elevator..but i'm thinking with manual tray for another options.thank you

Not familiar with the L series but I'm sure you can have it configured with tray elevator. Not sure about your question regarding the head error.
