Yes we see this also....... It is what they call "cold welding" of the solder paste to the blades...... The solder spheres actually "weld" together...... It leaves streaks on the stencil, not a clean wipe of the stencil....... We have never found

Note that not all pastes are equal. You need to test the paste you use to see how long it continues to print well. I have used paste that prints the same after 24 hours on the stencil and some that barely makes it to 8.

The screens are basically the same technology. But when I worked with them , the screens were 6 inches square for a 3 or 4 inch hybrid. It is used on a precision printing machine to get good alignmant. Tee- shirts use a bigger stencil and are not so

Yes, I calibrated the height, no error. How can I check that pressure was compensated? If we press button "continue" after some cycles of printing system will show "error".

Following a pressure error, if continue is pressed, the next print with THE CORRESPONDING squeegee should attempt to compensate by increase or decrease in pressure (as appropriate)... Is it: 1)Not changing at all? 2)Over compensating? 3)Under compens

My first problem is that when the unit homes, the print carriage seems to be traveling too far back. After the carriage reaches its mechanical limit, it continues to try and move back, eventually throwing up a print carriage error. Any ideas?
