AOI if needed? I take it your AOI/AXI is not inline. Too bad. Our AOI is the first line of defense against induced errors in the mfg process. It's invaluable. How do you know it's not needed, or that it won't be needed in the future? Do you hav

Poly, I've seen the same error occur with our GI-14 when the glass scale encoder is simply dirty. If you bought the machines used, they could have been stored in fairly dirty environment. Just clean the glass scale. (use caution). We use lint free cl

It's a motor controller card error. I'm not completely sure, but, it seems like something in the x. Swap MOT1 with MOT2 or 3, and see if the error moves. If it does, you have a bad MOT card. If it doesn't, you have something going on with a motor

I can't remember what motor control cards in the machine are interchangeable, but if the controller card for the theta axis is a common control card then you can swap out the one currently controlling the theta axis with a different axis and see if t

It would be helpful to know what happened before the error occurred. Do you have another machine so that you can swap some boards? The Force CPU, (machine controller) located in the VME, is responsible for controlling all machine-related activities.
