Looks like it was the diode inside the encoder. Are getting a new printer instead. Did a short time fix, connected a power supply to the motor and controlled the speed that way.

Has it stopped all togather, or look like power problem. I fixed one of these things , was power issue , cold joint on Switchmode Supply to the touch screen controller and up she went again. This only if power to the PCB is faulty....

F4 machine have power to servo cage, but not the control unit. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for power to come on in the control unit. It has been like this for couple of weeks now. Any idea, suggestion please welcome to respond. Thanks.
