There is another screen where you can select the sprocket size, since we have an Omniflo 7 as well, it may be worth looking into. Go to Set up/Configure/Option/Conveyor. There you will see Options for different Drive sprockets. Ours have 21/55 tooth

Hi, 1. Take a multi meter and measure the voltage - I assume it is a DC motor(probably 24V). If you don't, check power supply,cable, relays and Driver for the motor. If you do have voltage, check sensors(sometimes sensor activated may stop your con
