Our facility is typically a high mix low volume site, but lately we are getting increments on our requirements therefore we are kind of struggling to cool down our ovens before to change over a different recipe ... any suggestion on how to speed it u

AL, Let's always remember that any Temperature controlled environment has to draw higher Time to bring the Temperature down than that is drawing for Temperature Ramp up. The best way is to keep Room Temperature in as low as possible level & open t

I do have access to a DOS HELLER 1500. And we can just change RECIPEs without cooling down first. What is the message on the screen when you just try to change it from one RECIPE to another?

Ours says it needs to cool down, but if I put in into cooldown, I can load the next recipe right away. I don't actually have to wait until it cools.

Yes, in fact I do have 3 T/C connectors but I've never known how to use them nor what to connect to them. I generally address problems by merely changing the recipe up or down depending on what I see on the board(s). Someone mentioned to use a MOLE b
