I have seen problems when printing below 18% with our paste. We use a swamp cooler to dump moisture back into the room. It usually get to about 28% and the printing issue disappear. arcandspark

Hi Matt, What printer are you using? you may be able to get an envronmental unit for it to keep the paste cooler & at the right humidity for longer, thus extending it's effective window. Cheers, Rob.

Matt, Try a cooler profile by simply speeding up the conveyor by 10%. The difference may be the temperature the pads are reaching between the HASL boards and the Au boards. Are they the same thickness?

JOTs works well. Has built in coolers. Also realigns your boards back to an edge belt conveyor. Very well designed.
