Station 17 and 19 errors are almost always caused by dirty clutches or bad sensor dogs. My guess would be bad sensor dogs in this case if it only does it on certain jobs. The reason it happens on those jobs is because there are nozzles being indexed

Can you use one of those hot-dog rollers (cookers?) you see in the corner convenient stores to keep the paste tubes moving to eliminate the separation? Ya know, the cookers with the week old hot dogs on it that are all shrivelled up?

I fond two dogs in a cabinet and they appeared to be new. I replaced the dog with one of them and it seems to be working great.
