First post here. the company I work for has to CP4 and the newer of the two is given us a Q4 Rotation Error. Anyone have any idea what this is and what is causing it?

There is probably a component stuck in the theta gears or it needs PM'ed

Thanks for the help. I will lock into that. The weird thing is if we let the machine sit for like 30 mins it will run again for like 30 mins to an hour and then give the Q4 Rotation error.

Hello, We're experiencing about 4% loss of parts (primarily 0402 caps and resistors, few 0603s and 0805s), and the error codes are mostly 12040403 and 1CA0A009. The help manual on error codes is cryptic at best. Can anyone help me interpret these

The 1CA0A009 would lead me to believe that the PD's may not be as accurate as possible. If the PD is bad then every location that uses that PD will have about the same error rate. The 12040403 would lead me to believe the feeders are haveing trouble.

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.
