Daxman, Have you eliminated nozzle variation? The difference between a new and used CP6 nozzle can be .15mm. On a CP4 I would think it could be more. On new Cp4 nozzles the difference in effective nozzle length should not be more than .04mm. You can

We currently have a CP4-3 that is having the nozzle change alarm on different holders. there was a part found in the machine and I do not know if it is part of the machine or not, see picture. Any advice on what this part is or how to resolve this is

I have never heard of this being done. The limitation is the camera. Also, I am not aware of anyone making CP4 nozzles for 0201's. If you want a Fuji that will do 0201's get a CP642 and upgrade the camera, or buy a CP643.(643's are set up for 0201's

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.

I do not recognize that part. Initially, lets disregard that part and try to troubleshoot. DO NOT loosen any bolts associated with the Nozzle change mechanism, else your day, will get worse.
