When using the rectangular plate given with the machine that is used with calibrating the movable camera, does the longer side of the plate get fed into the machine ( rails set to 80mm ) or the shorter side ( rails set to 74mm ) Thanks Dave

i don't thing that it is a rule. the only ideea is to mov the camera exactly above the hole in the middle.

move the aligner. they are pinned and will likely work without calibration. Yes I sell parts and service. give me a call I have an e copy of the service manual

Hi Larry, I have a machine where one head has a faulty Z servomotor, and another head has a defective aligner. In the meantime that I procure the required spare parts, what part is easier to swap in order to have at least one head productive? Eve

Dave, It depends on what you mean by swapping heads. If you want to move the aligners its not too hard. If you want to move the entire head assy it will require a lot of calibration. Anything can be done but it really about the cost and the value
