FYI SME offers a replacement Tape leaf detection system which covers the whole range of FUJI CP4-CP7 machines.its also very reasonably priced. It doesn't use Fibre Sensors or mirrors. it only has 1 adjustment which is height via Eccentric screw. even

I repair our Fuji feeders myself. They are easy to work on. Most of the issues are usually related to components jammed and general cleaning. Minimum lubrication is required. Tape leafs are inexpensive to replace too. Happy repairing. Cheers.

AJ, You can use 0402 feeders to place the 0201 parts. I would suggest getting the feeders you are going to use calibrated before trying to run the parts. Also, another good idea is to get some 0.4mm tape leaf covers for the feeders. They will h
