200 boards/Hr and oven will reflow ~180 boards/Hr but the P&P machine will only place 700-950 CPH when setup is taken into account. Minimum pitch is normally .020" and we place an Avg. of 491 TSSOPs and 217 BGAs a month. We don't even bother with 04

Universal Instruments AC30L. Rated at over 30k CPH but dependent on mix you will realize between 18k and 24k CPH REAL speeds. Very flexible with feeder cart swapping. Wide component mix. American made and the best support of any p&p company. Sounds

It sounds as though you are looking for a single machine that can do the entire component range. The C5 series from Contact Systems competes directly with the machines you mention. The Mydata machine will do 6-8K CPH real world with the hydra head

Can anyone tell me what a reasonable real world percentage would be for tact time on SMT machines. If I have a machine rated at 14,400CPH what would be real world, 85%, 75%? Thanks

Definitely helps! I came across this Yamaha newsletter mentioning 16 nozzles for YV-112 not 12 (see page 5). Are you sure Yamaha didn't sell different models to Assembleon? Did they change models alot? Also does the YSM40R really hit 200,000 cph
