Yes, we did it with both the monitors (camera & normal). Used a BNC to VGA adaptor for the black & white camera.

maybe. some machines require screen aspect ratio of 4:3 as CRTs are 4:3. If you find that 16:9 doesnt work try 4:3 if you have one, they are rare.
