Hi, What is the expected reject rate for capacitors on a CP643 machine. I estimate that we are dumping around 1 in 20 on average. I have played around with lighting levels,vision types etc. Nozzles are in mint condition. Can anyone offer any advice

Feeder is brand new. (Checked cal. even though it was new) Lighting is good. Machine is in perfect cal. Nozzles are brand spankin new from Fuji. I was able to lower the reject rate considerably by playing with the offset and gain. I am placing caps

Hello Sr.Tech, There have been two types of nozzles made by Fuji for 0201's one was a 1mm tapered to .4mm and the other has a straight .4mm tube. Has one superceded the other and if you have used both types, did one work better than the other? Asking
