The customer asked me to propose the type of screw and if possible the type that we are using for other products.With that proposal he will create documentation to make the changes.This customer always discuss with us for any improvement.

Always wondering what kind of support can client and customer relationship can be in SMT market? Being in the SMt market for so long, customer does not help much but wanted more profit and low cost. Speed does counts but relationship play an importen

We think it will make little difference to your customer. It really depends on your customer's end-use environment though. Tough to guess. In a short time, both of pots will be "SAC" though.
