Hello, we have Dage. - Great machine, can see almost everything under the parts. It has some /semi-automatic routines, but I would consider it more like a manual operation machine. I hope this helps.

I would suggest that you go to the X-Ray world. I know for sure that Dage(Nordson Company) can make actual u-cut for the ball of the part. They can see and measure everything in 3D. I am sure if they can do it other X-ray machines can probably do it

Sorry Keith but is not possible to place 0201 parts on the CP43 machine. THe XY table is not tight enough on the resolution or the Z height. The parts camera will not be able to tell the part from the nozzle. THe CP6-4000 machine can not do 0201 part
