Lately we purchease second hand CSM 84V. During placing parts, we notices that few components are damaged (mmelf, 0805). What we done: - the position of pcb was decreased - the jaws moved little bit outside. Components after that are still damaged. H

I heard a similar story from a colleague on these machines. Same thing- head and beam not secured for transit and banged around whole trip. I think the beam ended up bent in that case and the machine could never be calibrated or repaired. Don't know

check the placement height of the head, That can be checked by manual up & down of head on conveyor the nozzle should just soft touch the conveyor. Also check the down speed of head.
