Data IO Corp. is a leading programming company in Redmond Wash. They also have equipment which will tape and reel the programmed components to go right on your automated assembly equipment. Worked quite well for us, but there may be others. Good luck

OK, Used specialist to enter the machine config at power up. We don't have a Tray Changer option listed.

Please describe the problem in a bit more detail like what is the size of the components in both the charges? It is possible that the size is a limitation here. What nozzles are used for all the 8 components in the component information?

Using the 72A FNC nozzles to place 3216 resistors, and 74F nozzles to place PLCC6 LED's. The LED's ar 5mm x 6.5mm x 2.4mm tall.
