Thanks for your response. Yes Tombstone is happening in same direction only. We can't rotate every board since the issue is random and the defect rate is around 0.1% Already using high soak profile. Stencil modification in progress.

Hi Ameen, As I said before my defect rate is 0.001% and i am planning to reduce the stencil opening only. Will share the result once I implement it. Expected to complete it withing next week. Thank you.

Hi Phil, we used RSS profile initially , because of tombstone issue at 0201 package. We are planning to reduce soak a now to have flux till the end of reflow to avoid HIP now. and to support that . we are increasing over aperture opening also. Re

It seems there isn't right connection between solder and solder-legs. Maybe check that the LEDs get huminidity, have some oxidation on the legs, try different solder paste, check the reflow solder profile. On the photo I can not saw properly reflowe
