we had a project like this once. switched to using "genosolve" chemistry (US source, expensive) in conjunction with a degreaser machine, works fine if you can spend the money.

Adam: The last one I saw was in communist China back in '98. I have used Lenape machines with freon in the past but am using spray and ultrasonic cleaning techniques since the early 90's. I'm surprised to see someone asking about them! Don

We roll ours up, fingers and all, and soak them for about an hour in a solution of water and DOMINATE (heavy duty degreaser) you can order from Grainger. They come out looking brand new every time!

We are using a Propyl Bromide vapor degreaser solvent. Has anyone heard of this solvent when used near an oven will decompose and cause major corrosion to metals such as in a Reflow oven or a wave solder pot?
